As a certified fitness trainer with over a decade of experience, I create individualized fitness programs tailored to achieve your goals while providing healthy eating tips along the way. My health & wellness coaching is founded on well-rounded lifestyle changes that greatly impact how you look and feel.
My interest in fitness began after years of competing in gymnastics and being a gymnastics instructor. I then focused on receiving multiple certifications in fitness training and nutrition which allowed me the privilege to work with developmentally disabled adults and teenagers for 12 years. Collectively I helped those clients lose as much as 400lbs. During the past 3 years I have transitioned to 1-on-1 training with all adults so I can continue to share my knowledge, experience and passion.
